Monthly Dues of $110 and it's $135 dollars an hour wet to fly. Lots of Cash in the bank and no major maintenance in horizon - major engine overall was 400 hours ago.8 people who own the plane, but there was only 2-3 people who ever fly it. Most months, I'm the only one on the calendar. Hard to give up as it seems to be the best deal in flying I've ever encountered but off to a bigger plane. Price is non-negotiable. Very low hassle and affordable option for flying a headache-free machine with a great group of guys. Plane can be taken for long periods of time easily with a heads up for other members.
